David Clark Hene CFP®

David Hene grew up in Tyler, TX as one of three boys. He went to Tyler Lee High School and later attended the University of Louisiana Monroe on a golf scholarship. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing in 2007. After graduation, David joined Northwestern Mutual in 2008 and has been working as a Wealth Management Advisor with the company since then. David holds the Series 6, 63, and 7 securities registrations.
David is committed to constantly learning and educating himself. He completed the CFP® certification in March of 2015. CFP® professionals have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. They understand the complexities of the changing financial climate and will make recommendations in your best interest .
David recently celebrated his 10 Year Marriage anniversary with his wife, Kristin. Kristin is a Registered Nurse that also provides seasonal help within the financial planning practice. They are the proud parents of a busy and active little girl named Harper. Harper keeps them on their toes with her involvement in Soccer, Basketball, & Golf. In addition to her sports and after school activities she spends her time with her two dogs, Maple and Pearl.

Brad L Ledbetter MBA, CLU®, CFP®, RICP®

Brad Ledbetter grew up in Lake Dallas, TX and attended Lake Dallas High School, after which he went on to attend Dallas Baptist University. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2008, followed by his MBA in 2010. Brad then spent one year teaching High School Math in Irving, Texas before transitioning into the financial services industry in the DFW area with Northwestern Mutual in 2011. Brad now holds Series 6, Series 63, and Series 7 securities registrations.
Brad is committed to continuously learning and enhancing the value he can offer to his clients. He completed his CLU® certification in 2013 and went on to complete his CFP® certification in 2014. CFP® professionals have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. They understand the complexities of the changing financial climate and will make recommendations in your best interest. A few years later, as he began working with more retirees, Brad also completed his RICP® designation in 2019. Today, Brad’s practice is focused primarily on helping medical professionals, business owners, and retirees.
Brad and his wife, Rachel, are both from the Dallas area, and met while attending college at Dallas Baptist University. They got married in 2009 With a growing family, they made the decision to move to Tyler, Texas in 2015. They now have three children: Briley, Adeline, and Luke. As a family, they love spending time together, whether they are traveling to far and exciting places or staying local and visiting the zoo, grocery store, or discovering the local hole in the wall restaurants around town. Brad and Rachel also enjoy sports and fitness, and especially running. They are now working toward a goal of running a half-marathon in all 50 states. They have completed 15 states so far, and still have 35 to go!
Rachel stays busy with the three children and relishes in her role as a stay-at-home mom. She is also a skilled photographer and continues to pursue that passion on the side capturing cherished moments in the lives of others, as well as assisting with some of the marketing and client experience for Triumph Financial Group.

Zach Davis was born and raised in Midland, Texas where most of his family still resides. Upon high school graduation he attended TCU in Fort Worth, Texas where he met his wife, Grace. He graduated from TCU in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. After a brief stint working in the family business, Zach transitioned into the financial services industry in the Dallas area with Northwestern Mutual in 2009. Zach is committed to providing the best service possible and completed his Certified Financial Planner certification in 2014. CFP® professionals have completed extensive training and experience requirements and are held to rigorous ethical standards. They understand the complexities of the changing financial climate and will make recommendations in your best interest.
Zach married his college sweetheart, Grace, and they now have three children- Hannah, Sam, and Emme. Zach and his family now reside in Dallas, Texas. The Davis family are active members of Watermark Community Church. In his spare time, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and doing anything outdoors. Giving back is important and Zach is passionate about the Team Connor Childhood Cancer Foundation and Forerunner Mentoring in his community of Lake Highlands. Randall Ondrusek CFP®, ChFC®
Associate Wealth Management Advisor
Randall Ondrusek was raised in Yoakum, Texas. He went on to graduate summa cum laude from Texas State University’s McCoy School of Business in 2013 with a Bachelor’s degree in both Finance and Accounting. Following graduation, he spent the first four years of his career with Ford Motor Company’s finance division in Colorado Springs, CO. Wanting to be back in Texas, Randall joined Northwestern Mutual in 2017 to further his finance career.
Watching his father own/operate a business and his mother as an educator always helped Randall develop a passion for planning, finances, and being a constant student of his craft. Dealing with the unfortunate passing of both parents at a young age, Randall has more conviction than most when it comes to caring about our clients and the well being of their loved ones. His firsthand experience with life’s uncertainties brings out the best in his abilities to research, plan, and lay a firm foundation that helps our clients to worry less and focus on living life!
Randall actually met his wife Rachel (a Dallas local) while working at Northwestern Mutual! They married in 2020, and now live in Allen, Texas. In their spare time, they enjoy travelling (especially internationally), skiing/snowboarding, attending concerts, binge watching TV series, and trying the newest hole in the wall restaurants.
Randall has served in a variety of capacities throughout the personal and corporate finance worlds. This has equipped him with a broad base of knowledge and insight to serve our clients well. He holds his Texas Life & Health license as well as his Series 6, 63, 7 and 26 securities licenses. Always in pursuit of further knowledge, Randall continues to pursue opportunities to enhance his education and knowledge.

Melissa Hicks grew up in Rockwall, Texas before moving to Baton Rouge, Louisiana to attend Louisiana State University in 2012. After earning her Bachelor’s degree she returned to the Dallas area and started working for Northwestern Mutual Dallas in 2016 as a member of the Investment Service team. This role allowed her to support several advisors in the office and taught her unique skills regarding Investment Operations.
After two years working in our Dallas office, she took the leap and made the move to Tyler TX to join our team there as the Director of Investment Operations in 2018. Melissa holds her Texas Life & Health Insurance license, and Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses. She is currently working on extending her knowledge of comprehensive financial planning.
Melissa got married in 2020 to Konner, a Lindale native and Fightin’ Texas Aggie, and they have 2 dogs, Gus & Maple. They spend their free time visiting family, traveling, and spoiling their dogs. Melissa also enjoys crafting and any DIY project.

Serah was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where her parents, Richard and Sandy, and her younger siblings, Abby, Alex and Angel all still live in the metroplex. She attended Eastfield Community College where she majored in music with a focus on piano. She was teaching piano full time until she made the transition into the financial services industry in 2015, and she continues to teach a few of her piano students on the side.
Serah met her husband, Michael, at Watermark Community Church where they both have been attending for over 10 years. They were married in 2016 and are expecting their first child in September 2022. They love to travel and seek out the best BBQ spots in DFW. Outside of work Serah enjoys serving with The Life Initiative at her church, west coast swing dancing and a good game night with friends.
Serah has been with our firm since 2015 as an Associate Financial Representative and holds her Texas Life & Health Insurance License. She enjoys getting to work with clients, helping them move towards achieving their financial goals.

Bri Kimball
Director of Operations and Client Service
Bri was born and raised in Parker, Colorado, where her parents, Anne and Jeff, and her younger sister, Alex, still live. She attended Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising. Bri relocated to Dallas in 2014 with her now-husband, Colin.
Bri and Colin were married in 2017, and they currently live in Lewisville, Texas with their two children, Reagan and Hudson. Outside of work, Bri enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and loves to get creative doing all sorts of DIY projects.
Bri has been with our firm since 2015, where she has gained experience in multiple roles that have helped develop her wide range of industry knowledge and strong understanding of Comprehensive Financial Planning. She currently holds her Texas Life & Health Insurance License, as well as her Series 6 & Series 63 securities licenses, and is working to obtain her Series 7 General Securities License. Bri continues to passionately serve our clients in a variety of capacities.

Chelsea Weaver was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. She attended Robert E. Lee high school and graduated college at Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communication in 2010. She joined the team in 2017 as the Director of Insurance Operations and Client Service. Chelsea now manages many of the daily operations for our team including scheduling, client onboarding, marketing, and enhancing the client experience. She holds her Life, Accident, and Health license in the state of Texas.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Philip, and their two boys, Mason and Pace, on their ranch in Jacksonville, Texas. She enjoys cooking, fishing, horseback riding, and cheering on her boys at the weekend rodeos.
